Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive Agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is an established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services to over 100 school districts and thousands of children. We are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality for children with autism and other disabilities. IECP is currently staffing both full time and part time positions as well as sub positions throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Job requirements include:
IECP offers a competitive salary and paid training to candidates who meet these requirements and are offered a position with IECP. IECP offers a comprehensive Medical and Dental plan to full time employees upon successful completion of the probationary period, and paid sick days with a use them or be paid for them policy.

- BA Degree
- Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check)
- Cleared TB screening
- Experience working with children
- Reliable Transportation
- A firm belief that all children can be educated with their peers without disabilities
- A desire to learn, grow and contribute within an established, growing, and respected Agency
