F. Elizabeth Davidson, BCBA - Program Supervisor

Elizabeth
has been working in the fields of Special Education and Applied Behavioral
Analysis since 1995, and received her M.T. in Special Education, specializing
in Emotional Behavioral Disorders and Specific Learning Disabilities, from the
University of Virginia, Charlottesville, in 2001. Elizabeth earned her Board
Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) credential in 2010.
Elizabeth has worked as a Program Supervisor and Consultant with Inclusive Education & Community Partnership (IECP), a Non-Public Agency (NPA) in Southern California since 2006.
Prior to starting at IECP in 2006, Elizabeth taught Special Education classes, preschool through fifth grade, for 5 years, working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders, autism, developmental delays, and specific learning disabilities, in Maryland, Florida, and California. Elizabeth has experience providing consultation on inclusion, adapting curricula, behavioral supports and interventions, accommodations and modifications, behavioral assessments and data collection in schools, as well as, with providing programming and, one-to-one behavioral therapy to children with autism, developmental delays and emotional behavioral disorders, in private residences, as well as in school and community settings. Elizabeth also lectures, provides workshops and in-service trainings to IECP staff, to school districts, and to local area conferences. Elizabeth provided several presentations at the Antelope Valley SELPA conference in March of 2008; presented at the Club Twenty One annual conference in April 2010; presented at the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) 2009 & 2010 conferences; and presented workshops at the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABA-I) conferences in both 2009 & 2010.
